We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2025, at the age of 53, James Francis McMillan of Parkton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Neill Angus McMillan, Jr.; and his brother Neill Angus McMillan III. He is survived by: his mother Mary Susan McMillan; his wife Deborah Daniel; his children, Brittanie Belch (Cody), Kyle McMillan and Heidie McMillan (Ryan Currie); his grandson Grayson Belch; and his sibling's children, Neill Angus McMillan IV and Haleigh Adams. He is also survived by many aunts, uncle, and cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
