He is survived by: his children, Shelia Strickland (Jimmy Strickland) and Jesse James Britt, Jr. (Denise Britt); his grandchildren, Dusty Strickland (Shelby), Walter Strickland (Ashley) and Madison Britt; his great grandchildren, Haley Thompson, Taylor Register, Mason Strickland and Draven Strickland; and his siblings, Foster Britt (Patricia), Barbara Atkinson and Rose Cox (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
