He is survived by: his children, Jordan Michael Rice, Robert Lewis Rice, Jr., Christian George Villalba-Rice, Araceli Leiana Villalba-Rice and Josiah Maxwell Villalba-Rice; and his siblings, Arthur Jay Rice, Dorothy Myers Rice (Hinkamp), Barbara Ann Rice, Brenda Ann Rice (Conway), David Charles Rice and Vivien Ester Rice (Jackson). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
