He is survived by: his son John Davis Owen of Fayetteville; his stepchildren, Renea Tillman and Al Brown of Fayetteville; his granddaughters, Cynthia McKoy and Wendy Floyd of Fayetteville; his great grandchildren, Marquis Carter, Juan McKoy, Jr., Kamryn McKoy, De'Marcus Taylor and Trinity Sullivan; and his pet George.
