He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Braxton Hasty and Ola Mae Horne Hasty. He is survived by: his wife Avis Wright Hasty; his children, Chris Hasty (Anita) of Peachland, Angie Jackson (Lee) of Wadesboro and Jeremy Hasty (Kimberly) of Peachland; his grandchildren, Carli Garay (Esteban) of Pageland, SC, Reagan Jackson of Wadesboro, Riley Jackson of Wadesboro, Carmen Jackson of Wadesboro, Emily Krebs (Cody) of Poteau, OK and Braxton Hasty of Peachland; his sister Nancy Gillespie of Mint Hill; his sisters-in-law, Plydeane Tarlton (Jimmy) of Peachland, Jeanette Waller (Linn) of Peachland, Jane Smith (Vic) of Marshville and Renee Wright of Marshville; and his pet Cranberry. He is also survived by the cat and Tanner the dog; and his nieces and nephews.
