He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnny Bunyan Watkins and Creola Gainey Taylor; and his brother Bruce Watkins. He is survived by : his daughter Amy McLaurin; his grandson Evan McLaurin of Peachland; his siblings, Lonnie Watkins (Sue) of Peachland, Frances Harrington of Cheraw, Joann Thomas of Peachland and Earlene Thomas (Curtis) of Peachland; his close friend Gladys Gulledge; and his extended family, Steve of Cheraw, Sydney of Cheraw and River of Cheraw. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
