He is survived by : his wife Dean Haigler Ivey; his children, Crystal Meggs (William), Johnny Ivey Jr. (Johnboy) and Steven Ivey; his stepchildren, Timmy Clontz (Glenn), Angela Tiller (Van) and Renee Simpson (Norman); and his sisters, Lind Ivey, Christine Hucks and Karen Beaver.
