He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Thomas Horne and Fala Hasty Horne; and his grandmother Eleanor W. Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Horne; his grandfather Roy Thomas; and his siblings, Gerald Horne (Sara) and Jane Paige.
