He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Bryant Evans; his children, Christie Adams (Lee) of Angier, NC and Justin Evans (Celina) of Blanch, NC; his grandchildren, Austin Evans, Walter Adams, Charlotte Evans and Lettie Evans; and his sisters, Pam Cook (Larry) and Karen Moorefield (Jesse). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
