She was predeceased by: her father Benjamin Thomas Brooks; and her grandparents, June, Peggy Payne, Sadie, Robert Brooks, Margie and Otis Holland.
She is survived by: her husband Teddy Carter; her daughters, Annabelle and Madilynn Carter; her mother Denise Cheek; her sister Ginger Gisi; her nieces, Livia Gisi and Mariah of Fayetteville; her parents-in-law, Diego and LaDonna Boza; and her pet Sparkles. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
