It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wesley Michael Szenas Sr. of Pelham, North Carolina, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Szenas and Charlotte Bailey Szenas; his granddaughter Kristi Boudrieau; and his brother Vitsas Szenas. He is survived by: his brother Pops; his wife Donna Phelps Szenas; and his children, Tammy Jo Dowling, Raquel Baker (Christopher), Tim Johnson, Wesley Szenas, II and Jason Johnson. He is also survived by two grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, he led a small group prophecy study at their home church, Lively Stones Baptist Church in Pelham, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully asks that memorials be made to Lively Stones Church.
