She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Bell Bullard Locklear and John Z. Locklear; her spouse Everette Ray Cummings; and her children, John Mark and Johanna. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
