She is survived by: her siblings, Claudie Chavis and Dale Akers; her daughters, Virginia Sanderson, Sylvia S. Locklear and Kathy Oxendine; and her caregivers, Jamie Sanderson, Tiara Locklear and Brittany Jacobs.
