He is survived by: his wife Beverly C. Sampson; his sisters, Ilene Richards (Bob), Dianne Harke (Herman), Donna Sampson, Mary Jo Sampson (Fonchette), Fronnie Sampson and Anna Sampson; his brother-in-law Jack Harden; and also Anslem. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
