She is survived by: her parents, Connie Lee Jacobs Revels and Freddie Dial Sr.; her siblings, Jason Elliot Jacobs, Freddie Dial Jr. (Natalie), Anthony Jones, Christopher Dial, Lo'Real Renna Revels and Angie Lowery; her daughters, Kyleigh Larriah Strickland, Jayleigh Jo'Hanson Locklear and Aaliyah Jaselyn Jacobs; her nephew Tommy, Jr.; and her nieces, Harley, Jayanna and Pasleigh. She is also survived by friends and family along with special friend.
