She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Dial and Maggie Locklear Dial; her sister Juanita Wells; her brother-in-law Billy Ray Locklear; and her niece Phyllis Dial Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Locklear (Jeff) of Maxton and Edward Reimer (Sandy) of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Joshuan Carl Jacobs (Lexus) of Lumberton, Rebecca Hunt Locklear (Tony) of Lumberton, Erica Hunt McMillian (Ben) of Lumberton, Ariel Locklear of Pembroke, Kearston Locklear of Maxton, Chelsie Reimer (Jorge) of Lumberton and Meagan Reimer (Steven) of Lumberton; and her siblings, Lucy Locklear of Maxton, Mary Billie (George) of Havelock, NC and Pete Dial Jr. (Pete Jr) of Maxton. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 2 great -great grandchildren.
