He is survived by: his wife Andrea Cummings; his children, Carlton Cummings Jr. of Pembroke, Jimmy Cummings of Pembroke and Vanessa Hunt of Pembroke; his sisters, Nina Ruth Cummings, Ella Mae Hammonds, Sarah Ann Locklear, Mary Ann Locklear and Betty Lou Maynor; and his close friends, Talmadge Dial of Pembroke, Jack Jackson of Raeford, Tiny Jones of Maxton, Cassandra Hunt of Rowland and Christina Callahan of Rennert, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
