She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wallace and Lila Wallace; her siblings, Freddie, Martin Wallace, Claudette, Sylvia, Bernadette, Clio and Bobbie Wallace; her children, Jimmy Ray Wallace and Tammy Jo Wallace; her grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Wallace and David Blake Deese; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Locklear; and her nephew Freddy Blair.

She is survived by: her daughter Debra Wallace Jones; her grandchildren, Melissa, Kristin, Shannon, Michaela, Jessica, Jamie, Houston, Jimmy, Jeremie and Justin; her great grandchildren, Josiah, Gavin, Kaylee, Kaden, Jayla, Elie, Sarah, Haizlee, Emerson, Zoee, Aaliyah and Dorman; Miranda.

Charlotte was part of The Overcomers!, a Relay for Life team that raised thousands of dollars for the American Cancer Society.
