He is survived by: his parents, JoAnne Flanders Dial of Pembroke and Donnie Locklear (Emmie); his siblings, J. C. Flanders, Don Joey Locklear, Roscoe Locklear (Taylor), James Locklear and Donna Jo Locklear; and his close friend Ron Haskel (Kristine) of Iowa.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (407 Breece St, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at the Locklear Cemetery - Dial Road (187 Dial Rd, Pembroke, NC 28372).
