Everette Wilson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Everette Wilson (Pembroke, North Carolina), who passed away on May 2, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Everette departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Everette may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Everette leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Robert Wilson and Thelma Sercy Wilson; and his brothers, Bobby Allen Wilson, James Robert Wilson and LeRoy Wilson.

He is survived by: his wife Elayne Hagans Wilson; and his siblings, Ed Wilson of Fayetteville and Linda O'Quinn (Luther) of Lillington. He is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Woody's memory to Anchor Baptist Church, 3300 State Hwy 50, Little River, South Carolina.
