She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey Ellis "Bruce" Lowry; her parents, Annie L. Jacobs and James Alton Jacobs; and her siblings, J. W. Jacobs, Vardell Jacobs, Eugene Jacobs, William Jennings Jacobs, Johnson Jacobs, Clara M. Brooks and Betty Jane Jacobs.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Horace Dial; her children, Lisa Dial (Horace), Charles Lowry (Donna) and Harvey Lowry (Theresa); and her siblings, Oneida Cummings (Kelly), Diane Locklear (Glenn) and James A Jacobs, Jr. of Pembroke, NC.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchildren.
