He was predeceased by : his parents, Virgil Eugene Grammer and Sylvia Mae Grammer; his wife Helen Grammer; his son Jeffery Grammer; and his brother Bobby Grammer.

He is survived by : his son Randall Grammer; his siblings, Chester Grammer (Bonnie), Kenneth Grammer (Pat), Keith Wayne Grammer, Gary Grammer (Penny), Ruth Grimes, Judy Shelly and Debbie Knecht (Bodie); and his grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Grammer, Brandon Micheal Grammer, Adam Grammer and Bryan Grammer. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
