With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fontain Locklear of Pembroke, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 25, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Locklear and Gussie Mae Locklear. She is survived by: her children, Brian Locklear of Courtenay, ND, Monica Seckerson (Eric) of Greenfield, MN, Bradley Sabinash of Jamestown, ND and Amanda Lowery of Pembroke, NC.; her grandchildren, Chase, Kent, Lyncoln, Rylee, Kaylan, Cody, Savana, Jasmine, Mason, David and Hunter; her great grandchild Anders Ann; and her siblings, Sanford Locklear of Liberty, NC, John Locklear (Barbara) of Leawood, KS, James Wesley Hammonds of Greensboro, NC, Wanda Carol Locklear, Anne Mortensen, Helen Devine, Suzette Jones and Martin Locklear.
