He is survived by: his children, Frederick Lowery of Lumberton, Jessica Lowery of Red Springs and Christine Lowery of Raeford; his siblings, Richard Lowery of Lumberton, Lorrie Lowery of New York, Janice Lowery of Lumberton and Paula Locklear of Red Springs; and his grandchildren, Austin Oxendine, Aubree Oxendine, Jayda Oxendine, Jayden Oxendine, Calista Lowery, Justina Ivey and Arianna Ivey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377).
