He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie O. Locklear (Jeffery) of Pembroke and Rita A. Oxendine; his close friend Gerlean L. Oxendine; and his grandsons, Justin W. Locklear, Haloyd B. Locklear and Christian Oxendine.
