He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Lowry (Jacobs) and Harvey Ellis Lowry (Bruce). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Poorboy Lowry; his children, Heather Landrum (Brandon), Brittany Lowry (Joe) and Harvey Dylan Lowry; his stepchildren, Brandi Hammonds (Eddie) and Matthew Huckabee (Megan); and his siblings, Charles Lowry (Donna) and Lisa Dial (Horace). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
