With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Henry Oxendine of Pembroke, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 5, 2025 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Oxendine and Flowers Deese Oxendine; his wife Susan Lowry Oxendine; and his sister Brenda Faye Oxendine. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Williamson (Kelly) of Morehead City, NC, Brittany Jozefowicz (Mike) and Joseph Brad Oxendine of Wake County, NC.; his grandchildren, Logan Locklear, Brooklyn Jozefowicz, Madison Jozefowicz, Conner Oxendine, Degan Oxendine, Zaivah Oxendine, Henry "Lil Henry" Oxendine and Wrenlee Oxendine; and his siblings, Bobby R. Oxendine and Sylvia Graham.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (3764 NC-711, Lumberton, NC 28360). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at the Oxendine Cemetery Chapel Community Oak Grove Church.
