He was predeceased by: his parents, Garner Locklear and Ocie Locklear; his son Robert Locklear; and his siblings, James Locklear, Garner Locklear Jr., Willie Locklear, Ray Locklear, Harold Locklear, Nessie, Margaret and Patsy.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Locklear; his children, Liza Locklear, Isaac Locklear and Clint Locklear of Red Springs; and his grandchildren, Angel, Jayla, Elie, Jacobie, Avery Anna, Maya, Kylie and Robin.
