He is survived by: his children, Elbridge Locklear (Jeannine) of Hudson, OH and Alecia Locklear; his grandchildren, Shannon, Matthew, Jaylon, Kaydan, Bryson, Jordan and Ian; his siblings, Jerry Locklear (Ella), Kenneth Locklear (Vanessa) of Maxton, NC, Theresa Locklear of Maxton, NC and Cynthia Jones (Jerry) of Florence, SC; and his sister-in-law Brenda Locklear of Maxton, NC. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
