He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jessie James and Gertrude Locklear; and his sister June Carol Locklear. He is survived by: his parent Mareen Clark of Pembroke; and his siblings, James Locklear Jr., Terry Lee Clark Jr. (Jamie Lynn) of Maxton, Patsy Locklear of Red Springs, Teresa Carol Locklear of Maxton and Essie Clark of Pembroke.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
