She is survived by: her son Joel Brent Lowry; her siblings-in-law, James Garnie Lowry, Sr. (Annie Pearl), Standford Lowry (Maria) and Anita Lowry; her grandchildren, Jordan L. Ballard and Jakara Ballard; and her son-in-law Jonathan Ballard. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
