She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel R. Locklear, Sr.; and her parents, Hardy Well and Pearlie Mae Locklear. She is survived by: her daughter Carol A. Locklear (Richard Tucker) of Greer. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
