Locklear; his daughter Pam Lockwood (Nathan) of Pembroke; his siblings, Harold Collins of Pembroke, Earl Clifton Locklear (Roberta) of Pembroke and Mary Ruth Lowery (Grady) of Prospect; his children, Tanya McDonald, Tere'Locklear and Bryan Locklear; and his grandchildren, Ian, Nakota, Asa', Asher, Luke, Madyson, Haven and Presleigh. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
