She is survived by: her husband Mark Jacobs; her parents, Truman Carter and Carolyn Carter; her brother Tracy Carter (Sabrina); her nephew Kendall Tralin Carter; her stepson Patrick Jacobs (Kayla); her stepgrandchildren, Elliott Mark Jacobs and Sophia Lynn Jacobs; and her goddaughter Hope Watts. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt. Airy Baptist Church (7209 North Carolina Hwy 72, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
