It is with sadness that the passing of Lee Locklear (Pembroke, North Carolina) is shared. Lee, born on March 4, 1947, passed away on July 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Pearlie Locklear; his stepson David Lowery; his siblings, Curlin Locklear, Brenda Jacobs and Venus Locklear; and the mother of his children Donna Lowery.
He is survived by: his son Lee Dee Locklear Jr.; his stepson Shane Lowery; and his sisters, Noralene Locklear and Mary Lee Blakely. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
