He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hunt and Agnes Dial Hunt; and his sister Paula Kay Hunt. He is survived by: his cousin Allen Griffin Dial. He is also survived by brother, and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Dial Family Cemetery (Pembroke, NC 28372).
