He is survived by: his brother-in-law Rudolph Sanderson; and his nieces, Amy Chavis, April Locklear, Tabitha Lucas of Maxton and Charlotte Renee Wright of Laurinburg, NC. He is also survived by nephews and a large number of relatives and friends.
