She was predeceased by: her mother Patsy Ann Locklear. She is survived by: her father Ricky Locklear; and her siblings, Shameka Locklear (Christopher) of Red Springs, NC, Ricky J. Locklear and Steven R. Locklear. She is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
