She was predeceased by: her parents, Ozmer Lee and Cora Sue Oxendine; her daughter Irene Locklear (Missy); and her nephew Ozmer Lee Oxendine (Trey). She is survived by: her children, Shauna Scott (Ray) of Shannon and Douglas Elijah Locklear of North Dakota; her siblings, Donna Huggins (JC) of Maxton and Ozmer Lee Oxendine Jr. (Cindy) of Maxton; her grandchildren, Autumn, Destinee, Keirra, Leiah, Nakia, Hyren and Cyra; and her great grandchild Caselee.
