She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie Mae Bullard and Belton McMillian; her siblings, Haney McMillian, Barbara Anderson and Alice Henderson; her children, Vicky Goins, Gail Goins and Ronnie Goins; Johnny Bullard Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Bullard, Johnny Goins (Rita) of Maxton, Tony Goins (Sandra) of Maxton, Eddie Goins (Charlotte) of Maxton and Stoney Bullard of Raeford; her siblings, Janice McMillian, Madius Flanagan, Belton McMillian Jr. (Diana), Agnes Bullard, Helen Emanuel, Peggy Brewington, James Winford Bullard, Shorty Bullard and Winford Bullard Jr.; Geneva Smith. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, her 32 great-grandchildren, and her 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson's Funeral Home Chapel (2305 Prospect Rd, Pembroke, NC 28372). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Light House Holiness Church (178 Nikki Ln, Maxton, NC 28364).
