He is survived by: his daughter Tanika Lynn McMillian (Jerome) of Fayetteville, NC.; his grandchildren, Sequoia L. Parrott of Raleigh, NC, Mary L. Hargrove (Joshua) of Homestead, FL and Xavier K. McMillian of Austin, TX; and his siblings, Spencer Locklear, Hubert Lee Locklear, James Earl Locklear, Lenora Locklear and Jan Locklear. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
