He is survived by: his mother Annie Ruth Oxendine of Pembroke; his siblings, Charles Patrick "Chuck" Oxendine (Sandy) of Pembroke, Teresa O. Hall (Gene) of Lumberton, NC and Gina Black (Randy) of Lincolnton, NC; his children, James Arthur "Jamie" Oxendine II of Parkton, NC, Andrew Conoway of Alabama and Kimberly Kent Oxendine (Phillip) of Pembroke, NC; his close friend Brenda Collins; his niece Courtney Oxendine (Sam) of Fayetteville, NC; and his cousin Johnnie Woodell of Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
