He is survived by: his wife Anita Locklear; his children, Kimberly Hope Rogers (Luke) of Lumberton, Timothy Ryan Oxendine (Saprina) of Pembroke and Willie Austin Locklear (Richeal) of Raynham; and his brothers, David Locklear (Lisa) of Pembroke, Terry Eugene Locklear (Frances) of Pembroke, Terry Lynn Locklear (Sandra) of Lumberton and Stevie Locklear (Teresa). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and extensive church family and friends.
