He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Rebecca Smith Clark of Quebec. He is survived by: his wife Frances Heath; his sons, Dennis Clark (Lori) and Douglas Clark (Wendy); his grandchildren, Haley, Jackson (Brianna Queen), Bryson (Morgan Wienand), Lauren and Logan Clark; and his sister Rachel Hudson (David) of Quebec.
