Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Ed's name.
