Though Judy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Culler and Christine Matthews Culler; and her husband Michael Steven Dowell. She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Dowell Gajewski (Adam); her grandchild Mavrick Gajewski; her brothers, Randy Culler (Denise) and Jeffrey Culler (Deborah); and her siblings' children, Amanda and Adam Culler.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Oakdale Cemetery (1500 N Main St, Mt Airy, NC 27030).
