She was predeceased by: her mother Maude Cornelius; her husband Jack Warren; her parent Wake Fulk; her brother Thomas Wiley Fulk, Sr.; and her great-nephew John Myers Fulk.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Deborah Fulk Sanders (Norman), Thomas Wiley Fulk, Jr. (Lea) and William Wake Fulk; her great-niece Karey Sanders Wilson (Phillip); and her great-nephew Thomas Warren Fulk. She is also survived by great-great nephew and great-great niece.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lewisville Baptist Church (125 Lewisville Clemmons Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023).
