He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Erin Keel (Michael) of Chesnee, SC, Bethany Collins (Scott) of Yadkinville, NC, Charity Fowler (Paul) of Gaffney, SC, Lauren Joy Weaver (James) of Lexington, NC and Jeremy Biggs of Pfafftown, NC; his brother Bill Biggs of Richmond, VA; his sister-in-law Linda Biggs of Newland, NC.; and his grandchildren, Calli, John David Keel, Reece Collins, Lydia Mae, Aubrey Fowler, Davis and Roman Weaver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
