He is survived by : his wife April L. Smith; his brother Gregory L. Smith (Linda); his father-in-law Avery Planty (Sandi); his siblings-in-law, Avery E. Planty, Jeffrey Planty (Shirley) and Eva Pittman; his nieces and nephews, Shawn Planty, James Pittman Jr., Brandy Smith (Ronnie L. Smith II) and Savannah L. Dorsey (William); his great-nephews, Chase Capps and Colton T. Smith; and his great-niece Ila M. Murphy Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
