With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Howard Wilson (Pikeville, North Carolina), who passed away on September 23, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard Wilson and Lillian Dare Mitchell Wilson; and his sister Sandra Bass. He is survived by: his wife Martha "Janie" Wilson; his children, Ann Guevremont (Barry), Tim Wilson (April) and Victoria "Tori" Davis (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Bobby Fones, Jeremy Peacock, Austin Wilson, Hunter Davis, Noah Wilson, Skyler Davis and Remington Davis; and his siblings, Janice McCullen, Lynn Johnson, Larry Wilson and Betty Peele. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Church (1100 Pikeville-Princeton Rd, Pikeville, NC 27863). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be directed to Seymour Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
